I've started a box 1' by 10'. I got pretty much everything done but I need a topsheet. I was planning on using UHMW but I dont have enough money now. What should I use?

PVC, Plexiglas (may break easily) those are the only cheep ones i can think of right now.

well you can either take it apart and from the bottom of what your attaching the PVC to, pre-drill holes through the wood and PVC then stick some bolts through, with the nut in the pipe( you only do this on the ends of the pipes). if you don't want to take it apart drill holes in the top of your PVC( it wont effect your sliding) and put some screws down in. you can always thrown some kind of adhesive down as well but that should not be necessary.
