Does Aggressive skating help you ski?

I believe so. It helps you keep your balance on rails. Your air presence is better, spotting landings and staying in control spinning. Plus its extremely fun so go for it.

my friend is like the best in the state for aggressive skating and this year was his first year skiing. he was doing misties and cork nines and was amazing at rails. so skating definitely helps. im starting skating this season too. i just bought a pair of remedyz.

yeah it definitely keeps you fresh till winter for rails and its really fun anyway so why not do it

Imo, it doesn't help me at all, but it does keep my mind off of skiing during the summer which is good.
