I've torn both of mine, almost exactly 1 year apart, luckly i havent done the same one twice though, I Have heard that you will feel it, and it'll probably give out like im sure you know how it feels with the "loose knee". I dont exactly understand how you would feel it if it tore a second time though, like its not the ligament thats supposed to be there (in sope people not even their own) so are you even guarnteed to feel it go?
