K so today while we where shredding pow at sunshine, my friend matt came up with this amazing idea. Everybody always wears bandanas the same way with the knot at the back of their necks and the other part covering their nose and/or mouth. Sooooooo, basically, matt decided that he would change it up and progress the technique of facial warming with his new bandana wearing style. Click for larger image

Now you might say, this dude looks rather stylin, but not only is this mega stylish, but it will enable maximum usage of bandana surface area.  With this new technique, it allows the head to be covered as if you where wearing it like a thugger but also it covers the ears (which is key when charging down sick groomers) and it covers the left and right cheeks partially to stop wind from harming your face skin.

Now with helmet and LCP shirt, this brotha has a complete set up and is ready to shred all area on the hill from green runs to blues.  So we just sorta want to see what newschoolers thinks of this friggen sick idea that matt came up with. I think its great and it also makes you look like red riding hood from the hood so thats a plus.

I dont have a real problem with kids on NS and their fashion trends, kid are gonna wear whatever the fuck they want.

what i DO have a problem with is assholes like you who think theyre hot shit and come on here calling kids out. if you had real balls as opposed to internet balls, you probably wouldnt feel the need to come on here and call kids out. 10 bucks says you suck at skiing and I could work you... probably kick your ass a little too. wanna try it out or leave?

Pussy shit? You should get out of your fucking perfectly built, beautifully set up, safe and monitored terrain park. Learn to do some fucking real skiing on real mountains, with real avalanches. I don't give a fuck what the conditions are like, I ski every saturday, and me and my buddies always go build massive backcountry booters, regardless of avalanche danger. Why? Because we're not pussies, and we're not afraid to fuck shit up in the backcountry. I've seen like 8 avalanches, one covered the jump we built one time. Have you ever seen an avalanche? Have you ever seen waist deep pow? Do you even know how to land properly off cliffs, on your tails? Seriously buddy, just give up now, or I'll get my crew from TGR to come and fuck you up on the internet.

As for calling kids out, its my responsibility to preserve the future of skiing, and when NS is so detrimental to the sport, sometimes somebody needs to step in and ensure that stupid 15 year olds with tall tees and poor quality Saga outerwear don't ruin what so many people have worked so hard to build. You seriously need to change the way you think about skiing.

i dont give a shit if the park is maintained, the jumps there are way fucking bigger than anything you have made in the BC and way better too.  plus you can see someones style way better on a big jump. i dont give a fuck if you dont think its reall skiing on real mountians. because it is mother fucker and if you cant man up and battle me in the park your a fucking pussy.

I only ski 1 day a week because I ski so hard that there's no point in me going out the next day anyways. And I could go to a local mountain but park is fucking stupid, and they don't have any cliffs so I don't go.

There's a huge difference between the three. Wallisch is only good at park which has nothing to do with actually skiing. Besides, all he does is spin like a top and tuck his legs up, and everyone think its stylish.

Pep and Pollard are alright, but Pollard is always too concerned about being artsy and stylish which is just plain stupid. Wastes all his potential on trying to look good, and all he does is easy tricks with his legs tucked up, and everyone thinks its sick. As for Pep, I haven't ever been really impressed with his skiing. He tries to be good at park and pow but park is a waste of time and it takes away from his time spent actually skiing, so he just ends up being mediocre at both.

Too scared to hit park booters? Dude, park is so easy compared to just about anything else. I've spent more time learning to ski pow than learning to do cork 7s, which I do on backcountry features because park isn't worth my time. Park booters are almost always tiny as shit, easy to find the speed for, and as safe as it gets.

Destroy me on all-terrain? Are you joking me? I did a year of racing and then a season of mogul training, you have no idea how good I am. Don't talk shit on the internet if you can't back it up.

i like backcountry jumps and cliffs way more than park that i can agree with you but saying its not skiing is not true.

AND furthermore to say pep fujas and Eric Pollard are wasting potential is silly they have effortless style and have all the big tricks as well

Park is basically aerials, all you have to do is ski down in a straight line and hit a jump. Tuck up your legs and grab and people are stoked. Don't even need actual skiing experience, most people learn on water ramps, and park tricks still aren't very impressive.

Once again, you missed what I'm saying. Its not about effortless style or big tricks. And I can guarantee you they don't have the big tricks on real backcountry features. Every kid can do a cork 9 these days. Nimbus needs to start stepping it up if they're going to keep afloat as a film company. On that note, I don't know why anyone buys level 1 movies.

I haven't seen anybody put up a good argument yet. And I'm not trying to preserve NS, maybe you misinterpreted that part. I am trying to preserve the integrity of our sport.

I don't do cork 9s because then I'd have to land switch and you can't do anything big when you're skiing switch. There's a reason everyone skis lines forwards and invents tricks forwards - it works better.
