Go Pro stopping by itself

I just bought a go pro off some guy on ns, and i am stoked to use it. I am having a little problem though. When i have been in my car, or just walking around the house taking a video, it will stop recording after about a minute or so. It is fully charged and there is nothing on the memory card. The camera doesnt shut off, it just stops recording.
Anybody know whats going on?
I have a lexar 16 gb class 4 full-hd video card. sdhc.

i think ive had mine do that too.

mine will be on the video mode, and i will hit record, and the light will flash llike it normally does but then 3 or 4 seconds later it will stop recording. and it will keep doing that. if i turn it off and wait a lil while then it works fine again. no idea why...

i also have problems with it when trying to watch it on the tv and it will just shut off too.

I got the same Problem over here... :-(
I've already contacted them and they say i should send my Camera to them.
