Help with qualty/ crtituque

aight ns so i made this edit in sony vegas hd and was recorded with a DCR-SX40

when i made the edit the quality looked fine and when i uploaded to facebook the qualtiy was a little worse but no really noticible .. but now when its uploaded to youtube the qualty is really bad and also does not fit in the whole screen

so i was wondering what i should do to make the qualtiy better and have it also fit in the whole screen

also i no the song has been used a bunch of times but i was so stoked on the song i wanted to use  it and kinda get a feel of how to do intros like the gold project teaser for the trailer

also any comment would be helpful to

not to hate on your edit at all, it was sick.

Nice skating, it was sick

good editing/shooting.

i almost feel as tho it should be longer, i know its hard to do and still have an edit with banger shots but the way the music builds i felt it should not have ended so soon.

w/e its just my opnion. but i really did like it
