Whistler's got one of those. Peak to Creak race and you've gotta hit gates the whole way. Some friends of mine scraped up 3rd with a time around 6 minutes.

It is mass start, so yeah it's a Chinese downhill. My dad competed a few years ago, when I didn't make the cut for age... But hey, I got a trip to W histler out of it!!

Back in wisconsin a chinese downhill requires that everyone has their skis off before the start and it usually, but not always involves a long traverse
