POPPY skis

i have th lte's and i love them they are so light and poppy and are fairly soft so butters are easy.  definitely my favorite ski i have owned

we need more specs, your hight/weight/ability/price range

LTEs are perfect, they are stiffer than the larose underfoot so they can stomp big jumps, but have soft tips and tails for butters. Definitely a perfect choice, but if you are tall then i would go with armada thalls, they are also stiff underfoot, soft in tips, and slightly stiff in the tails so you don't wash out.

l'm doing some research to find some soft skis too. l'm currently (season ended...) skiing on some invaders and they are the best skis l've owned for buttering. they are really great skis for just messing around on rails and jibbing. l'm very disappointed that line stopped making these skis as they replaced them with the notorious afterbangs. lf you can find some invaders get them, you won't be disappointed. Although they are very hard to find, you may find some used ones on newschoolers though.
Since they don't make them anymore, l started to look for other skis with similar specs as the invader i.e. soft and light.
the skis l'm interested, and that you should check out are the following:

-next years moment reno jibs: they have softened up this year, so l'm guessing they will be similar to the invaders. Especially since they are a fully symmetrical ski. l wish l had more details on those skis, reviews etc...

-Armada t-halls: They aren't symmetrical, but they have soft tips and tails. Unlike this years t-halls, next years will have a cap construction like the invaders. They aren't symmetrical, but they are legit.

-K2 dissordelys: Soft symmetrical skis, they look a tad heavy though...

went from volkl park skis to rossignol s4's. using the same bindings the s4's were 5 cms longer and still a ton lighter. they are also extremely poppy. they are "springy" and not like noodles which feels awesome on jumps. they sound right for what youre looking for

If you think next years Reno Jibs are gonna be like Invaders, you are mistaken. Invaders are absolute noodles, and I think it was a good idea that the Afterbang replaced it. All that Moment has said about the Jibs is that they are no longer the stiffest skis on the market, and it's a long plummet down to being similar to one of the softest skis on the market.

yeah definitely the reno jibs are a medium flex

anthems would be worth your time to look at. they are soft and can butter but still stomp bigger jumps as well.

Alright, but have you ever flexed them?
l was just making some assumptions...

I have flexed and ridden Invaders and Afterbangs, haven't flexed next years Jibs, but from the way Luke described and flexed them, they seem comparable to an AR6 flex, which is what I ride.


All I was saying is that it is a huge change for a company to go from one of the stiffest skis on the market, to one of the softest. There is a very small possibility, but it's unlikely.
