i didn't get a tracking number, so i waited for two weeks.
nothing arrived. i sent them an e mail. waited a couple of days, but got no response.
sent them 2 more emails but i never got any reply. now in march i sent the last e mail and they
finally replied, saying that they messed up the order and that they are out of stock of the one shirt color.
so i decided on another color. they said that they were sorry and going to make up for the hassle and going to send me the stuff by priority mail.
i have sent them another email, a week after them saying they are going to send it, but i didn't get any reply. now 3 weeks have passed since they said they are going to send it, but i still didn't get anything.
for those that have ordered from the level 1 shop before, was it the same difficult for you?
what should i do?
