Just read this posted on the Level 1 Facebook account
"To all concerned: Due to a lackluster snow year, financial trouble, daylight savings time, elk migration, and general poor skiing performance- in 2010 we will not be releasing a feature film. Our equipment, catalogue and apparel will be liquidated at Overstock.com and Big Lots Store in the coming weeks. Thank you and have a great summer. -Level 1"

Actually technically Whistler is bankrupt due to the Olympics. So i wouldn't be surprised to here this.
