NEED SOME HELP!

alright so i dont have photoshop but i really need help with this logo. i need this logo, the circular "H" part along with just the words "half and half" to be with a transparent background, not city background. can ANYONE get rid of this city background and gray box surrounding "half and half"? it would be SO helpful.

and not that you did a bad job or anything it was great, but can anyone possibly make it a lot bigger without losing quality? id do it but i dont think i have the software.

im not sure if its possible because thats what the pixels are at. i might be able to enhance the pixels i guess but i sorta forget how to do it.

and sorry for the sloppy extra lines on the white lettering but if i didnt leave it there then it would just be blank haha

last thing ill ever ask haha.. but this should be easier.. can anyone isolate just the black lettering with a transparent background with these? it would be unbelievably helpful. i feel like this would be easier since its just 2 colors. thanks a ton to anyone who can do it.
