I can understand that. It's one thing to promote the kind of camper experience your camp focuses on providing, but it's another thing to disrecpect (whether intentionally or unintentionally) another camp while doing so. Can you really speak to the coaching experience at other camps simply based on what you have heard?
I think it also depends on how a pro skier is advertised by a camp. For example, all of our pros labeled as "coaches" have coaching groups and hang with their campers all day and also at night, our "Send It with..." pros ski and film in the mornings, but host trick tip sessions in the afternoons, and off hill activities in the evenings, and lastly we have a whole lot of guest "pros" who just come to ski and show campers some pro level park skiing to help get and keep campers stoked. So a camper could be bummed that he didn't get to spend the time he/she would have liked with a particular pro at a camp, but it does not always mean that skier pro was his/her coach.
My intentions here are not to start a battle with you guys, as you have an awesome program, but just to give you a little food for thought.
