N.O. Xplode for stamina in the sheets

100% true.

I don't know how much people on NS workout but this stuff is a must have even if you don't lift.

I've been taking this stuff on and off as a pre-workout supplement for a couple of years and I just found its best usage.

Yesterday I was gunna go to the gym so I took 3 scoops of N.O. Xplode (they recommend people my weight take 2 scoops) and headed to the gym but when I got there they were closed because of some bs water leak so I called my girlfriend to see what she was doing and she said I could come over so I drove to her house to hangout.

I got there and her parents weren't home...hmm. I wasn't really planning on sex but that's what it lead to. To make a long stroy short, the 3 scoops of N.O. xplode made me last for over an hour hard as a rock. If you guys need some help buy some of this stuff.

My brother took No xplode on and off for a couple years and ended up in the hospital a couple times, super irregular heartbeat. Also he  said that he would get really paranoid about little shit when he was on it. He thinks because of the NO xplode. I wouldn't take it

i agree, i weigh almost 170, putting up 265 5+ times on my 5th set, but then again ive been lifting for quite a while

last time i weighed myself i was 165 a couple days ago, i go to the gym atleast 5 times a week, the most ive weighed in my entire life was 169, im about 5'10 maybe a little shorter

meh.

i work out 5 days a week and dont feel no explode is nessisary.

its allll about protein consumption! 1.5g/lean muscle pound and you should have no problems lifting ur maximum. (also high water/calorie depending on what you wanna do with your body)

I know a kid who at 171 could press 402 for his max. He was the NY state champ for a while I think.

Food
Water
Form
Sleep

Many guys I know who have gotten huge get by on less than 6 hours of sleep a night, and still make gains. They just put in the time in the kitchen to make up for it.

That is where Mass Gainers come in my friend. Mammoth 2500(shake I used to use) has 1250 calories when mixed with whole milk.


Two of those a day makes things incredibly easy.
Unless you're lactose intolerant.

As you can see, he's absolutely massive now, and he got by on less than 8 a night. For me, sleep isn't really that important. I get groggy with more than 7.

He was basically on a year and a half bulking phase.

That's him after cutting from like 17 % BF. He went from 135 to 225 and is trying to work up to 235. He did it so he could be strong as fuck. I can't remember his initial numbers, but his starting bench was somewhere around 120 and is now up to 325.

Aside from the battle scars(which will go away with tanning anyways) I think he looks..normal enough with his shirt off. He's wide as a goddamn house.

the amount of douchery in this thread really is astounding. dudes who think they are tough cuz they lift freaking out about their supplements makes gives me lulz everytime. lifting for health is one thing, but i dont know how a giant fucking silverback gorrilla is going to live longer than i am. my grandfather is 94 as of last week, he still skis everyday at gunstock during the winter and plays tennis everyday during the summer. the only things he has done after ww2 for health purposes are bicep curls with molson and have some fun in a relaxed way. a proper diet and cardio exercise are more conducive to a long life then pounding unnatural supplements to get fucking huge is. i dont even get the point, man was originally a predator that was succesful due to incredible endurance and an efficient method of cooling by sweat, not by tearing down fucking trees.

but hey, i dont bench 525, i bench 210, powerclean 210, squat 350, eat steak, smoke weed everyday, ski 4 days a week, rock climb at least 3, work out twice a week and have fucking fun all the time. so i dont really know shit about shit, because im just a pussy fag compared to the jacked and tan bros.

It brings out definition in your muscles, and hides stretch marks. I don't know about where you live..but here, all the chicks worth fucking love tanned guys(not douchey guido) just tanned.

I'm 16 and I put up 225 8 times for Bench with a bodyweight of 208(cut from 220)

Deadlift 355

I can't squat because of my knee, but yeah.
Not everyone is weak like that kid.

ha thanks man, yeah i am in no means trying to come off as a "tough guy" i figured i wouldnt respond to the op since he seems so thick headed, but thanks man, and yeah i just lift to stay healthy and stay in shape, it really boosts ur self confidence, and like i said before ive written out many NS members workouts, and if anyone wants one just pm me, and we will talk about a routine for u. +k dude if i dont already have u at 10

I'm a football player first and foremost. Skiing's something I do in my spare time. I've skiied since I was 3, but I'm 10x better at football than I am at skiing.
