N.O. Xplode for stamina in the sheets

100% true.

I don't know how much people on NS workout but this stuff is a must have even if you don't lift.

I've been taking this stuff on and off as a pre-workout supplement for a couple of years and I just found its best usage.

Yesterday I was gunna go to the gym so I took 3 scoops of N.O. Xplode (they recommend people my weight take 2 scoops) and headed to the gym but when I got there they were closed because of some bs water leak so I called my girlfriend to see what she was doing and she said I could come over so I drove to her house to hangout.

I got there and her parents weren't home...hmm. I wasn't really planning on sex but that's what it lead to. To make a long stroy short, the 3 scoops of N.O. xplode made me last for over an hour hard as a rock. If you guys need some help buy some of this stuff.

what i was saying is most supplements are useless, besides whey and casein. which are good to add to an already high protein diet when trying to bulk up.

NO-xplode is basically a crutch for people who have a hard time motivating themselves at the gym. I took it for a couple months, saw some nice gains, stopped taking it and saw my gains disappear.

Yes, it gets you fucking JACKED UP for the gym, you get your swell on much easier, and you can squeeze out 2-3 extra sets at the end of your rep, BUT

it gave me the shits, made me have to piss constantly, and didn't allow for me to train cardio

no explode really isnt for me, and the ppl i do see taking it, r skinny little kids wearing wife beaters in the gym doing biceps curls all the time. Honestly u dont need it, The main thing is to have a healthy diet, full of protein, and carbs if ur trying to put on weight. Hell half thee supplements dont do anything for u if u dont eat right, or dont get enough sleep, sleep and rest is essential for muscle growth. Also having the corrtect routine and doing exercises with proper form. Its ok to take some creatine before workouts, but u must make sure to drink plenty of water, and cycle it on and off. Ppl talk so much shit on creatine but if u do it correctly its perfectly fine for u. Whey protein is also a good thing to take after workouts to help rengenerate ur muscle tissue, amino acids are probably the most important thing to take in enough of as well. Fish oil omega 3' are great for joint support as well. If anyone has any questions just post in ur or PM me, ive been lifting for years now, and ive tried quite a bit of different supplements and many different workouts.

NO means Nitric Oxide -

Nitric Oxide Supplements are known to induce hemodilation, a process in which the blood vessels found in the skeletal muscles are widened. With wide blood vessels, blood flow is improved which results to the muscles having a faster recovery time and better gains in the muscle mass. This also translates to better strength and endurance on the part of the individual.

Caffeine and Creatine and sh*t is just all marketed into this stuff and it's expensive. The benefits of NO can be gained from simply getting pure NO capsules....  you get an awesome workout, and no shitty expensive no explode shake nonesense...

my room mate was straight addicinted to that shit he puts like 4 scoops in the bottle then one scoop in his mouth dry he ran out a couple months ago though and said hes not buying it for a while, hes not a skny kid in a wife beater

To really pack on muscle you need to consume a shitload of food. I mean like 6500 calories a day. I went from 177 to 210(with shitty fucking genetics) in 6 months without supplements. The only thing I would ever consider to really help is taking cycles of AAS.

I've had bodybuilder dudes tell me that N.O. sups are a waste of money and stuff like Superpump 250 (aka Superdump 250,) gives you the shits.  I'd stick to whey and creatine.  As far as boning your chick with the help of NO XPLODE thats a pretty sweat find.

Nictric Oxide is also the Active ingredient in Viagra, which is why the OP said it enhanced his sexual drive. as previously posted, it increases the dilation of your blood vessels and increases muscular performance. Same is true for your crank seeing how it fills with blood when aroused.

i prefer a low gi high protein meal pre work out.

i take the cheapest whey/casein mix
oats ground into a powder in a food processor for my carbs
creatine

before i was spending money on the best whey, waxy maize, bcaa supps. but i did my own research and realized its all bullshit.  i'm convince that i could have gotten to where i am today by just drinking chocolate milk.

i hear a lot of peoples bodies begin to adapt to no xplode so you have to take more to get the desired effect.  kind of like cocaine.

I've never in my life met anybody who fits into the MMA/gym/guido club who knows how to have fun. they are too concerned with their image and the tightness of their Affliction or tapout shirts to cut loose and have fun. maybe you're the exception but I doubt it.
