Movie late fees

is it illegal to not pay a movie late fee if you never go there again? i forgot to bring back a movie and im really broke

Yeah usually they call the cops and you go to jail after 3 weeks, then you get your ass mangled.

im not really sure but i would think they have your credit card number? and would have every right to charge you after a while for it? idk

A friend and I rented Menace to Society in August of 2007. I now own Menace to Society. It wasnt my account (my friends) so im not sure if they charged him or not, but blockbuster doesnt have late fee's so Im not sure what happened lol

ive had revenue canada bitch at me twice for blockbuster fees. the first was 30 dollars, the second, which i still havent paid is only 5, but i've only gotten one letter from revenue canada about it soo....
