Fuckin bashing me for being in the navy? on what grounds and for what purpose? 5 mile run in formation at 6 in the morning when its already 90 degrees out, mid summer, 100% humidity. Not many of you motherfuckers could do that shit. And i'm 6'0'' 225 and i beast the runs. Sometimes just gotta fall out, puke and catch back up. A lot of you motherfuckers wouldn't understand cause you sit on the couch all day smoking pot. I wish I could do that but I have to support myself somehow.

5 mile runs preparing for this deployment then the desert next year, something to be fucking proud of. While a lot of you sit around the house with a fucking thumb your ass.

i found an ancient beer pong cup in my friends nasty ass basement. it had like 4 inches of mold in the cup. i was pretty hammered and decided it was a good idea to smell the cup. well i puked all over the place because it had such a pungent smell.

I think my first time was when we did 5x20min at a 22 stroke rate at 20 min split best minus 3. We later were told that the workout was impossible unless you suck the mad wang (actual words not used.)
