Where is the best or most fun place you have ever fly fished?

for me is most deffinatly on the wise river in MT. Ive fished on so many big rivers but there are so many fish there and they are all so energetic and fun to catch. its by far my Fav.

I fish up at a place thats a little past prince george in BC. you need quads to get into the lake and we bring a zodiac up and use that to fish out of its a super remote lake so the fish are big trout and theres like no one there

i also like the skagit river in BC you need waders to fish it but its super cool. ive only been once in late september and didnt catch anything though :(

Haha, I have a friend who works as a guide on the Big Hole from a lodge on the Wise River, it's a fun river for sure.

The most fun I have had was in northern saskatchewan. We were on a 10' boat poling around a little bay off a river tossing 8" long topwater flies at 30-50" pike. It's cool seeing a huge v-wake come in from 30' away and then having a splash like a person jumping on your fly for a strike. I'd pick pike over trout for fly fishing almost any day, but maybe it's because I'm spoiled in SW Montana.

Best place I have ever fished was probably Kenai River, in Alaska. Red Salmon run was tailing off so there weren't that many fish, well compared to the main run(tens of thousands) but prolly the most exciting. Plus fishing near bears makes it interesting.

I really love the A section of the Green in UT.  The Yampa below Stagecoach resevoir near Steamboat is really, really fun with so many large rainbows.

Fly fished the keys of florida last week........didn't catch shit :) Was still probably the most beautiful place I've ever fished though. Fuck you Tarpon.....you win this time.

The boundary waters between Minnesota and Canada. Monster smallmouth bass that you can see from 20 feet away in 10 feet of water. Super clear lakes, super big fish, and very very little fishing pressure.
