Replying to Healthcare question

yo so im all for heathcare, but say i had some sort of cancer that cost a million dollars to treat.

Instead of getting the million dollar procedure,  could i ask the government to buy me a bugatti veyron instead?

Like think about it. It shouldnt make any difference. I could bomb around in my Veyron for a few years before the cancer got me.
