Replying to Molding full tilts

i tried on a pair of 26.5 full tilt konflicts at a shop, but, i did not have my custom footbeds with me. since they fit at the shop, i ordered a pair online (on sale), and went to a local shop to have them heated and fitted WITH my foot bed. The boot tech put the boots on the heat stack and did the fitting, when he took the liners off the heat stacks, they were warm and a little soft, but, not REALLY soft like when i had a pair of il moros with intuition liners fitted and have been skiing on for 4 years. The boot tech said that the liner in the full tilt boot is different and it does not get as soft & pliable as the liner on the dalbellos. is there any truth to this because the full tilts are really not comfortable like the dalbellos, and i am wondering if i just need to have them refitted at a hotter temperature.
