Armada AR6's

Which size do you think i should get of the Armada AR6's. I am 6'1 205 pounds I was thinking the 171's but would I benefit more from the 176's or 181's?

D'ont get them in 171, they will be way to short. 181 would be best, if you center them they will feel even shorter.

I'm 6'1" and i ski 178s and feel they are a tad too short...181 will be perfect

you might want a stiffer ski, AR6s are pretty soft, for someone your size you'll be washing out a lot.

yea for sure ar6s flex like a sponge. I would go for the t halls. Slightly stiffer

ive rode all 3 and to be honest, you cant even, or can BARELY tell the difference between flexs when riding them. they are all soft. look in to something with a stiffer flex such as the volkl wall, armada alpha 1/2, rossi s4, etc.

thalls have more flex than the ar6. the thall is soft in the tips and tails

T-Halls:

- Flex point in the tip area so you can butter around.

- Stiff in the tail so you can land tricks and not backseat and flip out.

Well I am 6'0 and 185 and I don't wash out with my 181 t-hall's so I think you would be fine with either t-hall's or ar6's

I dunno what you talkin about?? ^^ Im 6'5" and about 185 and love my ar6's they are not super buttery but not wayy to stiff. they are my favourite ski to ride in the park and on nice big booters. Two things: 1. get the 181's and 2. DONT CENTER MOUNT they are not a symmetrical ski so you will compromise the performance so go back at least 1cm probly 2 tho and it wont look like a big diff but makes a big diff riding them how they were meant to be rode.

I have 181's mounted at -2.5 with Rossi Scratch 140s and they're real fun. Look/Rossi make real legit bindings, I'd suggest them.

Ok thanks a bunch about the bindings. One more question. are the new AR7's, that are coming out, going to be stiffer than the current AR6's?

Currently I have last some Salomon z12 ti's on mine, a good basic and cheap binding that havent caused me to have major problems or anything but Ive seen many with jesters and they will treat you well

that's what ive heard, but its not that hard to be stiffer than an AR6, it will probably be medium flex.
