Replying to Flooded an upstairs room.

So... a 50 gallon fish tank in my apartment cracked and leaked out onto the floor, and through the roof to the first floor.  Fish are long dead.

We have pulled up the wet carpet and have mad fans blowing and a dehumidifier. Seems to be slowly drying out.  My concern is now about the space between the floors, and if any water possibly got into the walls and insulation. Real concerned about mold.  There is no insulation between the floors, just the walls.

The fish tank appears like it would have drained fast.  It could have happened anywhere between friday night and this tuesday morning.

We would really like to not involve the landlord, he already doesn't like us and our lease doesn't permit fish tanks.  So yeah.... thoughts? or similar experienced?
