Skiing Presintation

Ok so im doing a informative speech for my class on skiing and i cant figure out how to get a video from youtube to powerpoint because if u just add the hyperlink to the video the school blocks youtube to i have to download the video has anyone done that and what video should i show the class it has to be appropriate (i was looking at Dirt! Clown-School)

I guess you could use a program to download the video on to a memory stick and then add the video to PowerPoint as a playable file?
