I'm also thinking of entering the philly leg. Cmac, how much time and hassle did you guys have to put into the whole thing??? Like do they have to approve plans and all that jazz????

Design was basically something I hand sketched in the bar with a decent description and construction plan. Pretty straight forward

Sounds good, I've been known to sketch on a bar napkin or two. I'm really freakin light, so I'm thinking we need to design a badass light glider of some sort.

I was in the one in San Francisco a few years ago... pretty much one of my most proud accomplishments.


We went 17 feet... most of which were DOWN. It was fucking awesome.

I want to do the Philly one, but I dunno if it'll actually happen. Some guys I know are entering the LA one, and I might be out there for that.

I want to do this so bad.  looks like it would be a ton of fun.  but the only close one to me would be the philly one and all already have left for utah by then.  anyone gone be driving for SLC to Denver for this because id be down to do it

We are putting together a team of mostly skiers and some other random heads - some awesome ideas as far as the craft and our skit- im pilotiing since i came up with the idea- after they push me off everyone is going to do assorted flips in- im soo stoked for this
