I searchbarred this and only got a thread that was similar, but it was only for the state of Oregon. This website here has all the sex offenders on a national level grouped into one site. Check out your local city, you'll shit yourself when you see some of these guys.

I'm blown away at the number of resgistered offenders around me. Like a dozen or more in surrounding towns, and I live in the middle of nowhere......I think I even went to school with one of those kids.

HaHA I just clicked on one of the red dots (pedophile) and a list came up saying "Multiple offenders were found at the spot" and it listed 8 names.  WTF haha.  That was in queens.

Canada doesn't have one available to the public, it violates Section 7 of our charter.
But we do have http://eservice.ag.gov.bc.ca/cso/esearch/criminal/partySearch.do . It now costs $6 to open up the files, but searching is free, and it is so rewarding to discover your loser ex-boyfriend has pending sexual assault charges against him. Definitely worth the $6.

you know what it takes to be forced to register as a sex offender?

peeing in public. relax. you would need to worry about maybe 10% of the people on that site.

Most have little risk of repeat offensive, with many offenses being made in high-school.

Most of the rape cases you read about on there are just from when an 18 year old senior had sex with his 17 year old girlfriend, 20 fucking years ago.

Sex offender laws in this country are fucking ridiculous.
