Iphone 3.1.3 jailbreak?

my iphone 3g crashed and to reset it i had to update the firmware to 3.1.3 which undid my old jailbreak. does anyone know if the new jailbreak has come out yet, or if its even going to? i googled but nothing i read made sense because i dont understand a whole lot of tech talk and it all seemed real sketchy and contradicted itself any way. if any of you have done this please help me out.

oh yea and where can i find my .ipsw files?
