Line afterbangs vs anthems

good prices on both skis, was wondering which people prefer....

I can't tell you much about the afterbang's, but i'm an anthem owner and I love them! Both would be great choices. I would say if you're gonna be riding mostly park, then to get the Afterbangs. My only issue with the afterbangs (however don't hold me to it cause i've never ridden them) is that from what i've seen they appear to get really noodly and wash out on big jumps 30-40 footers. I always see people's tails chattering away on them. If you're gonna ski the park, groomers, and a foot or less of powder, i'd get the anthems. My anthems have performed really well for me all over the mountain, but remember it is a soft ski so don't expect a ridiculous all mountain performance. But fi you wan't a fun jibby ski the anthem is that.

Well this is convenient because the guy above me just talked about anthems.  I have Afterbangs and I love them.  Super fun and buttery, have great pop onto rails, and can hold up on jumps up to about 45 feet.  I rode them out west for 5 days straight in foot deep powder and huge groomers; they did hold up fine, but a stiffer ski would have been much better, so for this reason I recommend Afterbangs for 90%-100% of park skiing, on mainly rails and small to medium jumps.  The anthems are a bit wider which would definitely help out outside of the park so if you aren't riding in the park most of the time and just want a fun buttery all mountain ski, then get anthems.  Anthems would also be better on bigger jumps.
