Replying to Will these two failed courses be added to my transcript?

i've been at a traditional 4 year college out in utah for 2 years. my gpa was at 2.02...during the beginning of my third year out there, i got in a car accident and had to withdraw from school and return to NH...this upset me very much and i became pretty depressed...for the spring semester i decided to take a couple of courses at a local community college. i found myself not being able to focus and stopped attending after the drop class deadline. so now i'm going to have two unofficial withdrawals. when i first signed up for these classes in January, i think i was suppose to send my previous college transcripts to the community college but i never did. my question is, are these two failed classes going to bring down my overall GPA? like will they still be able to hunt down my transcript and add these grades?
