my rail is getting real rusty.  and im wondering what you guys do to keep it from rusting.  waxing the rail before i put it away usually helps.

any ideas? +K for answers

use CLR...loook it up!

(its basicly a rust remover.)

rub some sand paper over it and then put some wax on..then when youre done riddin it put more wax on and that will keep the water off the steel

thats what im doing now and it is really hard to get off. and the clr stuff works?

when i use the clr, i wah it off after im assuming so my skis dont get all oily?

repaint it, sand it really good put a good primer on then put 2 layers of paint on it
