twin tip for park
not too wide
flexible
i dont know if this contradicts being soft and flexy but being able to stay strong and rideable for at least two years or so

i was literally about to buy 9lives and they ran out online. i could NOT be happier that i wasn't able to waste 400 bucks.

read reviews on them, pm big spence (he has like 27 edge cracks in his)

on the other hand, i would have picked up a pair of chronic cryptonites had my friend not hooked it up with a pair of skis

ive heard nothing but bad things about the nine lives quality wise. they kind of remind me of the suspects.

However, the Chronic doesn't seem quite right for you either...I'm thinking more of the AR6 nature. They're soft in the nose, but stable in the tail, so butters are easy but big jumps are no worries either. Chronics are an amazing ski, but they are on the stiffer side of the scale.

i looked at that picture for like 30 seconds thinking "yeah, so those are skis, i dont see whats wrong with them...........oh, well youre missing half of one of your skis"

ar6's or thalls, the thalls are a bit softer in the nose, and maybe a little stiffer in the tails, other than that i believe they are identical skis? the thalls are really nice and buttery, yet are stable enough on bigger jumps

I wasn't riding them...my friend who had surgery earlier in the season was, and all he was doing was riding around, leaned back and snap.

The nine life's are a better performing ski but the chronics I think would be a better option for you.

Yeah, and it depends on how hard you ride, my ninelifes are holding up great, but i have no idea if surface even has some kind of warranty

The AR6 sounds like what you want. I have had absolutely no problems and I plan on riding my pair again next season.
