not only will it eventually destroy the ski, it will kill your speed, make a very gradual tranny

mine is just like that. its never done anything to my skis but it does completly kill your speed. try and fix that bud

i mean its a summer set up, unless you have a super nice one your skis will eventualy get ruined. just use skis you dont care about.

The transition is quite large and bumpy but you should be fine, your skis will be fine as long as you have turf for the landing.

you could also try making your flat part into a slight down. that will cut the severity of the transition and give you a little more speed anyways.
