Back in the mid 90's to early 2000's we had two private rope tows. However they took up a lot of space in the park, ran a lot slower than the t-bar and you had to jump from one tow to the next to get from the bottom of the park to the top. So asides from the marketing value of having "private" rope tows, operationally they offered no significant increase in the camp experience or in the number of laps you could take on any given day.
So no rope private tows for us, been there, done that. Better to have more park features in the park so you can ski more features in less laps, than less features in more laps.
Hope that helps dude. Also the rumors about the lift line at the T-bar are embellished, but hey we have to give the competition something to talk about ;)
