A real brief background before I get into the obvious question. I am 20 years old and had been a snowboarder since I was about 13 or so. Since going to school I pretty much stopped going to mountains all together. Over this years winter break my younger brother told me he was gonna try skiing with a couple of his friends and asked if I wanted to go with him. At first I was hesitant, because I thought school and being your typical broke college student living paycheck to paycheck, it just didnt seem like something I could pursue further.
Anyways, long story short, I fell in love with skiiing immediately and realized that it came extremely natural to me. I was wondering if there was any site that you guys knew of where I could go to get so pointers that will make me a better skier. I have already hit the jumps and rails at the park a bit, and while I can hit and land some jumps and rails, I know that since my brother and I are basically teaching ourselves at this point that someone who has been skiing for a long time could probably give us some simple tips and show some techniques that could help a lot.
I tried to check the video section of this site by searching "how to" but came up with nothing
