so, tomorrow starts my new goal of working out. but i still dont really have a plan. Im looking to do a full body workout but i have no idea where to start. so please people that actually know what they are doing in the gym, give me some advice. The things i have to use are... An eliptical(?), bench, and a full set of dumbells and no time limit.
In all reality, look into P90X. I just started it, and I know a bunch of fellow firefighters that have done it.
Despite what the all-knowing, 14 year old Newschoolers say, you will see results. If you're looking to drop some lbs, put on some muscle, or just improve your health, it actually does work.
