Iclantic, Moment, Armada or Salomon?

so this year im looking to buy new skis for the park, and ive come to the descion between iclantic, moment, armada, or salomon, but the problam is i never really herd any feedback nor has any of my friends used the first three, so i want to know what you guys think out there if you have had them, also to add i have ridden salomons and i only really like them for the sidewalls, and the past 2 season ive been ridding K2 silencers

well compared to other skis yes, they do have a good pop, not as light as K2's i had, although they did have different bindings, but there graphics are ok but are nothing compared to iclantic, if i cant make up my mind i know salomon is a sure bet, but i would deff try to get the 08 or 09 dumonts

I would go for iclantic or moment, support the smaller companies.

I have personally never had sollys but from what I hear, the side walls on dumonts and suspects explode.

I would reccomend moment jibs if you are looking for a park ski like the dumonts. Moment has killer customer service and other than easily chipped topsheets, their skis are absolutly bombproof

yea thats why i want to hear some feedback from riders, i herd some good stuff from moment, but iclantic looks so sick but i dont want to waste my money on something that may be too good to be true

thats what im looking for is something bombproof, and somewhat like the old dumonts

and yea i would never get the suspects and not even mention the threats, my friend had them and they snapped on a down urban single

and id go for lines, but way to flexy for me and would snap in a heartbeat

I believe the icelantics are super buttery like invaders but I could be totally wrong. I'd check out the moment jibs for a similar ski to the dumont. Mid 80s in the waist, stiffer flex and regular camber. Like I said before, my moments are totally bombproof

what about the salomon 2012? I know that the threats and suspects are supposed to be complete shit, but 2012 is a new ski, does it have similar construction to the suspects, if so it might also be complete shit.

idk know about the ski itself, but size wise it totally depends on your skiing ablitlty and your high now if your 90 pound im guessing your around 5 5 or 5 7 and that would be a 150s for first two years  in park, if you been skiing a little while youll be cofortable with a bigger ski for your size would be 160s, it helps on grabs, landings, and balance on rails, the only problam is bigger pops so you dont catch tips and stuff which comes with experience, hope that helps

and the salomon 2012's ive been hearing a lot of different stuff abou tthem good and bad, the look to be more like a hybrid of the freeride park skis

I would say go with the armadas, do not get the dumonts or suspects because ive seen many of my friends break them withing days. Armadas stick together very well id say they are the most bomb proof out of those other brands. Then again my friends moment jibs this year snapped at the tail from landing backseat a little. So id say go with some Ar6s or something of that sort.

I wouldn't say the suspects are shit (no idea about threats), the ski skis great, but the edges on suspects have durability issues. I've skied mine about 25 times and have a couple of big cracks and I'm pretty casual (gonna attempt to warranty them in the summer). From early reports I've read around the forums, the 2012 is one hell of a fun ski, it's a bit early to say anything about the durability though. I'll definitely consider a pair if the durability is good!

icelantic all of the way...the da nollies are the most fun ski i have ever skied...like anthems but a little smaller under foot, higher quality construction and more pop and longer...in the 181 and a much better looking ski
