yeah, only straight airs without grabs on one wall .  she washed out as well so it wasn't her day.  i was curious to see if the x games judges would pay attention this time but who knows because she didn't have a clean run this time.  it isn't her fault, remember, that the judges don't seem to notice certain things so no hate on her as she is a good skier.   the x games judges also can't tell the difference between alley oop spins and spinning unnaturally either.   i think they got the men's podium wrong--Dorey should have had silver.  I think this female podium was probably correct though Roz G should have scored way closer to Hudak, maybe even been ahead of her at some point because they both have the 900 but Roz has right and left 5s and has switch tricks.  Jen is really smooth and her amplitude is more consistent.  I just would have put them a lot closer in points.

Megan Gunning has spent the last week with a nasty case of tonsillitis. She spent the last two days puking from it. It was all she could do to put her skis on let alone ride pipe. She could have just as easily sat this one out. But she went for it even though all she has had to eat in the last two days are crackers and gatorade. She did the best she could. She even attempted a cork 1080. Almost stuck too. She should be applauded for her effort, that girl is a tough as nails. She is 17 give her a break.
