I Have to much music and i lose track of good songs in my library

title says it all it is a pain in the ass especially because i have smoked my self retarted...any one else have this problem and have any good solution other than making playlists because it takes me a day to go through my full library because i have like 10thounand songs

im assuming your using itunes. I remember there being a way to sort your songs with the most played at the top, google it

if using itunes you can rate your songs, then just play the highest ratest ones, or just sort it by most played, likely those are your favourites

Just spend some time going through every artist on your library that you dont know if you like or not and listening to one/all of their albums to see if you like them, then you'll actually know what you like and what you don'.

also, utilize smart playlists (itunes) like I have one for played more than 3 times and added within the last months I call 'new favs'
maybe have one for over 10 plays in the last year? i dunno. its a good way to find all the tracks you used to love too, cause it will update live.

just make a playlist called good songs... everytime you hear a song you like, put it in the playlist
