Orage Zipper Pulls are no good

I have two Orage jackets, and I broke both of their zipper pulls. Am I just unlucky, or do their zipper pulls just suck?

I have 2 jackets, 2 pants, 1 sip up hoodie, no issues with any of them.  You must be unlucky or are sliding around on pavement.

i'm on my second orage jacket. the first one had one of the pit zip pulls come off and the zipper itself broke. lovin the new Sven Jacket though and plan on gettng the zipper replaced on the old jacket.


just put a paper clip there to replace it...

and wrap it in duct tape so it's not just cold metal...

our zipper pulls aren't any sort of in-house fabrication, they're brand name made by either YKK or Riri so in terms of quality it's top notch.

if you do have a broken zipper pull we'll warranty it, no problem, just contact customer service in your country...
