im sure you are all familiar with "skier's thumb", and many have experienced it.
word from the wise, don't ignore it, get it checked out.
I got skier's thumb about a month ago and didn't do anything about it. the swelling went down and i thought it was all good, until i picked up my laptop and experienced some extremely sharp pains.
I went and got it looked at by an orthopedist and got x-rays done. turns out I have a partially torn ligament and bone shards from the chipped off bone. now im stuck in a cast for 3 weeks.
whats the moral of this story? GET YOUR SKIER THUMB CHECKED OUT. it will do you well.
