Replying to HELP getting a new car

Alright guys, I have a 2001 volvo xc70 and its a pretty nice car with good pickup and everything but it just doesnt handle as well in the snow.

but other than that, im going to give it to my mom and shes gonna buy me a car.. yes im very lucky...

Do you all have any ideas, im going to be a freshman at CU next year and want to drive back and forth to breck and the rest of vail resorts etc. as much as possible.

I was at the Subaru dealership today and test drove the outback 4 and 6 cylinder and they were nice, but i feel like i want something different maybe...

I mean yes i want something thats not too small and will handle well, but at the same time is somewhat fun but will also last a long time....


You all have any ideas?? Really need help... price range is pretty large actually... nothing over like 28k but want to stay in the 25k max..


and if its used then i dont wanna spend more than like 18k probably
