hey i was at hood today and i saw Pollard in the park he was riding the yellow and grey ones and someone said they were a pro model for him?
I just wondered what size those yellow ones are?

thier not his promodels.. thier the plain 1260's. they come in several lengths.. 153, 164, 178, 181 (I *THINK*)

next years 1260s come in 150, 160, 170, 180
from left to right the skis are, ski boards, ghetto blasters ,1260s (yellow/gray) mavericks, mike nicks, skogens, motherships, and the darksides.

you all are dumbasses. The skis will stay the same length, except for the new maverick, the mikenicks 171 and the ghetto blasters are now 142ish. there wont be different sizes for the 1260, just 164.

mattskico, your the dumb ass if u think that. I have a LINE SKI CATALOG for 02-03, it says all the SIZES, construction, and specs. for all the skis. 1260s come in the sizes i stated before. Read up on your info bro

i messed up the sizes on a previous post, here are the right ones. 153, 164, 177, 182.
the MNs only come in 171, and the skogens only come in 176

yea because when i saw pollard on them and he's pretty tall they looked about like the darksides
so he was probably on the 181's im guessing

the skogens and the mike nick pros come in 1 size only..the rest come in either 2 3 or 4 sizes

I wonder if the 182 1260s will be like the darksides this year but they are just changing the topsheet and the name? this would allow them to save LOTs of money on a new press. I wonder?

Shit is kinda confusing:

the original 164cm 1260 is no more. They took the shape of the 'original' darkside and made a three ski size run out of it and are calling it the 1260. that is the ski with the yellow and grey graphics. in recap for the slow kids: its a darkside but its called the 1260 and it comes in three sizes. There is still a darkside however its NOT a twin tip, its an all mountain recreational ski similar in proformance to the K2 mod x or salomon xscream. It has a space man grahpic. The motherships have been upgraged with two layers of titanium for extra dampening when you are maching the high speed crud turns, and it works. I'm pretty sure the skogens are slightly wider for '03 and the maverick is a lower price point ski for park skiers.
