before i looked through the gear talk forum for any reviews. after reading/seeing what happpend to BigSpence's pair. Should i send them right back and get a refund? or try them out (since i got them for $250) and just go with it and hope that they dont do the same thing. Or just deal with it if it does happen, since i got a good deal. looking for opinions or new insights, or maybe both! thanks

yeah, koolman owned that thread with the pics of edge damage...

I would just ski them if i were you. they are really fun skis if you have never rode anything similar but just watch the edges and make sure to detune them before sliding any metal.
