Getboards has gotten their act together. I would have never ordered from them like a year ago, I bought a hoodie from them back in December, got it quick and had no issues.

Well, I was just there and when I clicked on Armada JJ's, it flashed the page for that ski for a second then went back to the ski selection page. You could start by fixing stuff like this...

yea the reason is two years ago i bought a couple of hoodies from you and it took months to get it sent to me. My suggestion is give a little more time to improve your legitness and then you will be able to shut down a call out better

Ive never had issues ordering from getboards, but their prices do not make sense on a bunch of their skis. its now march and they are still asking $500 for last years stuff (ie S5 Rossi) while you can get next years on your site for $449... come on now.. really?
Just some improvements you could make:
1. You could realize websites should be wider than 600px
2. You shouldnt be using Tables anymore and should be using CSS
3. Your Shopping cart is super old and should be in the smithsonian
4. Fix your navigation, it is horrible... look into a horizontal navigation using CSS for a dropdown menu.
5. look into intuit website designer software if you want something cheap, or look into a ecommerce solution like Monster Commerce,etc... to handle your inventory,shipping,tracking,reporting, etc.. this will allow for user login and we can track the progress of an order without having to call you.
6. stop using one image for you email marketing solution.. your deliverability must be horrible. as well as your opens and clicks.. you could really be doing a lot more here (pm for details)

hey guys, the JJ is Sold Out, the last pair sold over the weekend. One of the warehouse people wanted to delete it but they messed something up so it now it just bounces, my boss is trying to fix it but either way, the JJ is not available anymore, sorry.

getboards is legit, a few years back they were selling larose pro models for $200, but when I went to order them they were sold out. getboards let me choose any other ski for the same price, I ended up with Made'n Aks for $200, that's good service.
