ok, im considering thishttp://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921666073183#features or a go pro camera but i can only spend 400$ and i dont always film ski edits i also do skating and stuff, could NS help me out by giving me other ideas and what not

Definitly get a Go Pro HD. The footage is gonna be beautiful and for skating you already get a death lense on the case. Go pros are in the 300's now so you it would let you have a little bit left over for accessories.

That camcorder is just not gonna be as versatile or as clean looking.

Go with the go pro fo sho.
