Should I get turtle beach xlc headphones or x21(newer x1's)?

turtlebeachs are headphones. i have an xbox. i play call of duty. I am a kinda heavy gamer. i need a new mic and heard about turtlebeach. should i get the xlc or x21, which is just the newer x1's. I have a large amount of money to spend but dont want to waste it if they are almost identical.

xlc blows trust me... i have x1s.. the older ones and theyre amazing. the x11's will work great for you... btw its the x11s not the x21s. the 60 bucks is well worth it. and im an experiaced gamer. im a legit 9th prestige 63. give it a week and ill be mid 10th

i got the x1's and they are great...i don't take gaming way serious but i love being able to hear things in game with out disturbing people with loud volume....you can hear footsteps (i always use ninja) so if i hear footsteps look on my radar if i dont see a team mate i get ready to kill, you can tell the direction they are coming from to.

plus you can hear ninja people creeping through grass its sweet.

I know a bunch of people who buy ski gear because they think it'll help them get better... This is not fun.
Some ski for fun, some ski to impress, some ski to be the best/pro, some are trendwhores.

At my school, when MW2 was released, instead of playing it for fun, a race was started. Most of my friends never even tried the Campaign. Some even compared their school calendars with friends from other school to check when were the days-off so if a friend from an other school had a day off during the week, my friend had to play way more during the week so he could compensate the day-off his friend had (because he would obviously play the whole fucking day). See my point? MW2 and skiing can't be compared unless you ski to be pro.

I already saw that and I know a guy at my school who is almost like him. He spends his whole classes talking about his MW2 skills to everyone.
