I weigh 155lbs and plan on getting 174 Extremes or 176 Chronics. I want to know which skis are better for me. I ski jumps and rails 50-50 but i need a ski that can hold up on bigger jumps. Any suggestions on which ski is better for this and is more durrable?

Both are gonna be good on big jumps and durability. I have the extremes and love them. You cant go wrong between these two.

Can't go wrong either way, chronics are probably lighter.

Like everyone else said, you can't go wrong with either of these for what you are looking for. The chronic is going to be lighter. Do you plan on skiing out of the park at all? If you like to hit up some woods or shred a groomer every once in a while, or if a snowstorm comes and this is your only pair, the extreme is going to be more versatile. Even though it is only 118 in the tip, the tips are so massive that they pop right up out of the powder. That is really the only advantage over the chronic. I love my chronics, and I had a pair of public enemies (same as extreme) and I loved them too. I would say go with whatever is less expensive.
