Broke Fastening Buckle

Anybody else's fastening buckle for the case break? i went back to the store where i got it and they said tons of peoples are breaking?
it should be covered under warranty right?

What did you guys do about it?

i sent them an email when mine broke, and they sent me a new one under warranty. i skied with it in the mean time, and just duct taped the housing closed. it worked great, and now ive got a new one free of charge.
