So i ordered some spicollis a couple weeks ago and they hadnt come yet so i emailed them asking about. and they replied apologizing for the delay as they had been moving all there stuff from their warehouse to Salt Lake, and are shipping them today and throwing in free swag. this is my second joystick purchase and yet again they prove to be a super legit friendly helpful company.

I'll second this motion. One of the baskets fell off my Spicollis, so I sent an e-mail to Joystick asking for a tiny little basket clip (I have other baskets). I got an e-mail from Mike @ Surface and he said they didn't have any clips but he was going to send me a brand new pair of Spicollis for free.

Got them yesterday, and I can honestly say that this simple little act has earned them a customer for life. Yay Joystick/Surface!

surface/joystick is definitely real reliable. my order for surface nine lifes was really delayed, and they ended up sending me a free pair of poles and a free sweatshirt when i finally got the skis.
