hey so i lost the glider on my rossi sas 100s
does anyone know where i can get a new one

If you are referring to the moving AFD on your toe piece, then your shop can order one from Rossignol.  It's a cataloged part, so it should be pretty easy for your shop to get for you.  And most likely less than $20.
