Not trying to be a dick here but I think if you calmed down, weren't so fidgetty, had a better idea of what you were going to say and condensed the video it would really help your chances. I'll rate it up just saying.

i dont think it matters how many views or what rating your video gets.  they just wanted this video submitted to them so they can learn a little more about you.

no but maybe you should post the portfolio you're submitting then instead of the personal interview like thing.  you can't really critique/givefeedback to a video of someone talking

creativity is the number one thing they look at, i would add more shots of what you can do, and less time talking.  Good luck though!
