I got jumped today in the park

Allright so theres a pretty big step-up at the bottom of our park and theres this guy just sitting on the take off and every1s like what the fuck this guy needs to move. so i ride down and like jokeingly throw a snowball at him, miss and tell him to get off the ramp. So im at the bottom of the hill waiting to watch my friend to do the step up so this guy comes over to me pretty fast tackles me and trys up push my face into the snow so i like reverse it and get hom on his back in a headlock and out of fuckingggg nowhere his buddy suckerpunches me in the side of the head breaking my skullcandies. and take this under consideration i am 15 and the guy who tackled me was 25 and the guy who sucker punched me was 27. so me and my friends go over to ski patrol and report it...so like 30 minutes later they endup finding these douchebags and they tell ski patrol that i twisted the story wayyyyy out of line wich i didnt... and so ski patrol asks me if i want to press charges and i decide not to because i dont wanna have to sit through court and shit plus that would be pretty gay. so we end up agreeing on him just paying me 4 my headphones so i ended up getting 50 bucks....what do you think about this NS

yeah sure anyone gets pissed, but for me at least it's more of a "hey fuck you man" kind of pissed, not "get my friend and jump a kid" kind of pissed. press charges against the mofo, it might be boring but IMO it's worth it.

Personally I think you are a beezy for reporting it, and if you were gunna report it you DEFINATELY should have pressed charges because an adult assaulting a minor could have been an EASY million dollar lawsuit. Seriously...

Use your words instead of initiating a fight. I would be pissed if a 15 year old threw a snowball at me. If you just asked him to move he probably would have. If I were you tho, send your skullcandy's in and tell them of your story, see if they send you a new pair haha. then you will be up 50 bones.

weren't you skiing with a crew? why didn't you guys finish up the whole ordeal? I know if someone just jumped someone in our group they would end up getting the shit kicked out of them. did the guy just punch you in the head then you all went you're seperate ways? I just can't see it ending so simply.

the only thing you should not have done was throw a snowball but thats not even grounds to get tackled and punched so its pretty ridiculous anyways. Today in my park there were these two kids who literally dceided to have a picnic on the middle of the knuckle of the first hit. They had they're skis off and poles like stuck in the snow right next to them and they were just sitting there taking in the veiw or something. it took like 20 minutes to get there attention so that they would move i couldnt believe it.

Seriously though, that's pretty lame, not only did it take two guys in their mid-20s to beat up a 15 year old, they said it was your fault to get out of it.
